Here are your main kit options:

Set top boxes are relatively cheap – they might be a good option especially if you’ve a number of TVs to convert (see Extra TVs). A twin tuner digital TV recorder will give you flexible recording options. And an integrated digital TV is your most expensive option – but you will end up with a spanking new TV.

You could also consider a DVD recorder with a built-in digital tuner or PC card/adapter for your computer.
