Verdict
This box is designed to receive and record Virgin digital cable channels and has a video on demand service. The large remote control was simply laid out with good tactile feedback from the buttons. The TV guide was also simple to use, but it was not always obvious when a programme started or finished. Lots of menus with basic functions buried in them. Setting subtitles and audio description was via a menu only. Recording was straightforward but power consumption was high.
