A twin tuner digital TV recorder with Freeview+ features. Designed for receiving Freesat channels so will need to be connected to a satellite dish and can receive HD channels when connected to an HD Ready TV via an HDMI lead. It has a digital audio output so can be connected to a surround sound system and an Internet connection for future Internet TV applications. It can handle audio description broadcasts but it is not able to record them. It has favourite channels feature but they cannot be displayed in their own TV Guide. It has full front panel controls, was considered easy to install and to use, but was quite noisy.
