Easiest to use 26" iDTV

Of the 26” iDTVs on test – all LCDs – the Panasonic TX-26LMD70, costing £549, stood out as the easiest to use. It had a versatile TV guide and good Now & Next features. It also scored well for viewing and listening and has the 'digital tick'. There are cheaper iDTVs around in this size, but this one can handle audio description. (AD is a commentary on the action, transmitted with some programmes for people who can’t see the screen – go to Audio description for more information.)
